How To Use This Tracker

Download a sheet for each person, per period and compile them in a ring binder to build up a record for each person.

You should have their goals for the year or at least 6 months. Make sure you spend some time with them on a one to one drawing up a realistic plan for them to move forward. Take into account their previous commitment level, attitude and general work ethic.

Ask them the 4 questions and document their answers:

  • - WHAT
  • - WHY
  • - FEEL
  • - HOW

On each coaching session stay on track with the coaching structure on the left.

These coaching sessions should only address 1 weeks focused goals and should never exceed 30 minutes
