One On One Coaching Structure

At the start of each period your coach will ask you 4 simple questions. Have a look at them below:

  • – WHAT – What do you want to achieve by the end of this period?
  • – WHY – Why do you want to achieve that?
  • – FEEL – How will it make you feel?
  • – HOW – How can I help you in achieving this goal?

Write down in your pad each question and spend some time writing down the answer to each. On your coaching call share what you have written down with your coach.

Through discussion your coach will help you to develop a plan to achieve your goal for the next 4 weeks. This goal will be broken down into 4 weekly chunks and each chunk needs to be broken down into a Daily To Do List.

Then you need to action each daily list for each week, and your coach will chat with you each week and help you to stay on track.
