One On One Coaching Structure

At the start of each period your coach will ask you 4 simple questions. Have a look at them below:

  • – WHAT – What do you want to achieve by the end of this period?
  • – WHY – Why do you want to achieve that?
  • – FEEL – How will it make you feel?
  • – HOW – How can I help you in achieving this goal?

Write down in your pad each question and spend some time writing down the answer to each. On your coaching call share what you have written down with your coach.

Through discussion your coach will help you to develop a plan to achieve your goal for the next 4 weeks. This goal will be broken down into 4 weekly chunks and each chunk needs to be broken down into a Daily To Do List.

Then you need to action each daily list for each week, and your coach will chat with you each week and help you to stay on track.

How To Use This Tracker

Download a sheet for each person, per period and compile them in a ring binder to build up a record for each person.

You should have their goals for the year or at least 6 months. Make sure you spend some time with them on a one to one drawing up a realistic plan for them to move forward. Take into account their previous commitment level, attitude and general work ethic.

Ask them the 4 questions and document their answers:

  • - WHAT
  • - WHY
  • - FEEL
  • - HOW

On each coaching session stay on track with the coaching structure on the left.

These coaching sessions should only address 1 weeks focused goals and should never exceed 30 minutes

Setting goals is something that we all do, however achieving goals is something that most people struggle with.

This is an easy visual aid to staying on track to achieve your daily goals.

In the box provided list you top 5 daily goals. Such as:

  • - getting your catalogues out
  • - making your phones calls
  • - reading a personal development book
  • - listening to a positive audio
  • - writing your list for tomorrow

Then when you have achieved all your 5 goals for that day simply colour in the 1st box.

When you achieve all 5 daily goals, then colour in the daily block above the previous daily block.

If you fail to complete all 5 daily goals then colour in the daily block below the previous daily block.

Over the course of the month your blocks should follow an upward trend to your success.


This is a basic training that should be delivered at house meetings, on webinars and at network training's. The focus of the training is to promote commitment to being successful with your new and existing team members.

If the meeting allows we recommend that you print out the handout for each person in the meeting and sit in a circle to discuss each point. The slides should only be used in a larger meeting environment or webinar situation.

Do you want to become a Webinar speaker?

Speaking on webinars is part of Leadership, so if you are going to build a team, webinars will become a regular feature in your teams development. We will coach you until you feel confident.

So all we are after at this stage is the commitment to be coached as a webinar speaker.

The criteria is simple:

  • Personal retail of £500
  • Sponsor 1 person a period
The criteria is in place to ensure our speakers are actually doing something positive towards their business. So they can givevalue to the team.

  • The webinar is not primarily about you, it is primarily to show new people that there are all different types of people doing Kleeneze successfully.

Follow Up & Gaining Commitment

So when someone tells you they want to proceed we say;

That's great John I'm really pleased you've made the decision to join us. I just need to explain a couple of points to you is that ok?

I'm going to be your sponsor, what that means is that I'm going to work in partnership with you. I will give you a lot of help and my time especially in your first 6 months to help you build your income.

I'm going to give you that coaching and time by 1-1 Skype calls, regular communication with you be telephone and I'll be your main support in helping you achieve whatever you want from your business.

I promise you 100% help and support and I promise you I won't let you fail. in return for which I expect you to keep in regular contact with me by telephone and Skype and to show up for our training sessions promptly with a willingness to learn.

But before you go ahead I just want you to understand a few things.

You understand that this is a business, not a job and it's going to take 3 months to build a customer base of 400 to 500 customers through social media and the catalogues. You'll have some ups and downs are you happy to do that?

Ok the second thing we need you to do is to commit to following and learning our system and basically what that consists of is:

  • we have a private closed facebook training group that we will add you to immediately. We expect you to communicate on there with other successful people which will enable you to learn a lot about our training programme. Are you happy to do that?

The next important thing - we have a training support system on a Wednesday night. They run at 9pm and are completely free. basically it involves you clicking on a link on your computer and watching a live training on your computer for about 45 minutes. Are you prepared to do that?

And then finally the only other thing we would say to you which is crucial is that you come and attend your first induction training workshop within 4 weeks.

It's very very important - it's absolutely crucial that you attend your first training induction and we give you a system of training that will help you build yourcustomer base and also help you build your online business by helping you get online customers as well.
