When you are collecting in your catalogues. Every time a customer has placed an order fill in the top of the leaflet with the day and time you will be delivering their order and make sure your contact details are at the bottom.

Then when you deliver your products remember to ask them if they where interested and if they watched the video.

If it is not for them, just tag onto the end of the conversation if they know anybody who might be interested. You could ask for their details or ask your customer to pass on the leaflet for you.

Coaching Sessions

One On One Coaching Structure

At the start of each period your coach will ask you 4 simple questions. Have a look at them below:

  • – WHAT – What do you want to achieve by the end of this period?
  • – WHY – Why do you want to achieve that?
  • – FEEL – How will it make you feel?
  • – HOW – How can I help you in achieving this goal?

Write down in your pad each question and spend some time writing down the answer to each. On your coaching call share what you have written down with your coach.

Through discussion your coach will help you to develop a plan to achieve your goal for the next 4 weeks. This goal will be broken down into 4 weekly chunks and each chunk needs to be broken down into a Daily To Do List.

Then you need to action each daily list for each week, and your coach will chat with you each week and help you to stay on track.

Coaching Tracker

How To Use This Tracker

Download a sheet for each person, per period and compile them in a ring binder to build up a record for each person.

You should have their goals for the year or at least 6 months. Make sure you spend some time with them on a one to one drawing up a realistic plan for them to move forward. Take into account their previous commitment level, attitude and general work ethic.

Ask them the 4 questions and document their answers:

  • - WHAT
  • - WHY
  • - FEEL
  • - HOW

On each coaching session stay on track with the coaching structure on the left.

These coaching sessions should only address 1 weeks focused goals and should never exceed 30 minutes

Goal Setting

Goal Setting Made Simple

Setting goals is not hard, the challenge comes when the goal seems insurmountable. But if you break the goal down into bite sized chunks and hold yourself accountable then you can achieve anything.

  1. 1. Decide on the goal
  2. 2. Put a date on it
  3. 3. Plan it backwards

ASK your sponsor for some help and guidance on this if you have not done it before.

Goal Setting (part 1)

Plan Backwards

  1. 1. Decide what you want to achieve at the end of the period
  2. 2. Break it down into 4 Weekly Goals
  3. 3. Plan each week into Daily To Do Lists
  4. 4. Attack each day and complete your To Do List
  5. 5. Before you go to bed adjust the next to do list.

Goal Setting (part 2)

Being Accountable

Your sponsor will not only coach you on setting goals, but will also arrange a weekly coaching session to review your progress.

Being accountable is a great way for you to progress and achieve your goals.

Goal Setting (part 3)

To Do Lists

There are many advantages working from a “to-do” list:

  • You have clarity on what you need to get done
  • You will feel less stressed because all your ‘to do’s are on paper and out of your mind
  • It helps you to prioritize your action
  • You don’t overlook so many tasks and forget anything
  • You feel more organized
  • It helps you with planning

Here are my golden rules for making a “to-do” list work:

  1. Limit your list to 10 tasks per day.
  2. Prioritize: Make sure your list is in order of importance, so you put the most important at number 1 and least important at number 10. This way you will always stay focused on the main goals for that day. Should you not complete your list and for instance only achieve up to number 8, then 9 & 10 get added to your list for the next day.
  3. Review. To make this list work effectively for you, it needs to become a daily tool that you use to manage your time and you review it regularly. There is no point in only having the list to record everything that you need to do, but you don’t utilize it as part of your bigger time management plan.

So what are you waiting for? Grab a pen and paper and give yourself the gift of a calm and clear mind by unloading everything in there onto a list now that you have all the tools you need for it to work. Knowledge is useless unless it is applied—how badly do you want more time?
